As a recent SUNAPEX customer, I feel obligated to express my tremendous dissatisfaction with the company's unsatisfactory level of customer support. My interactions with SUNAPEX have been nothing but aggravating, and as a result, I would never suggest their services to anyone. To begin, I had a conversation with a sales representative who was both unprofessional and nasty. When I asked them questions regarding their products, they gave me the impression that they were annoyed and didn't offer me with the information that I required. When I tried to get the representative to explain a few things for me, she became condescending and eventually hung up on me. Second, when I picked up my order, there were several things that I had already paid for that were missing. After I contacted SUNAPEX to question about the things that were missing, they did not react to my inquiry for several days and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. They merely stated that they will investigate it, but I never had any further communication from them after that. Thirdly, the actual products had a low quality to begin with. I recently bought a patio set, and just a few weeks later, the cushions began to break, and the frame began to corrode. After I contacted SUNAPEX about the problem, they informed me that the warranty had already run out and that they were unable to provide any further assistance. My time spent with SUNAPEX has, on the whole, been a bitterly disappointing endeavor. Because of the unprofessionalism of their sales reps, the lack of communication between staff members, and the low quality of their items, I have an unfavorable opinion of the organization. If you are looking for patio, lawn and garden products, generators and portable electricity, solar and wind power products, SUNAPEX is not a company that I would recommend to you.
