Phone blocked on AT&T network
I received the phone and took it to AT&T to have them replace my old phone's SIM card with this iPhone 8+. Couldn't make any outgoing calls or messages, only iMessages over Wi-Fi. Called AT&T and they said the phone was locked in their system and marked as lost or stolen and they would not unlock it without the original purchaser's consent. The phone is unusable.
