Beautiful Bag and Great Service

My bag arrived perfectly packaged and faster than expected. I was immediately struck by the beauty of the bag. The red color is gorgeous and goes with everything. I love all pockets and compartments. The zippers are smooth, the hardware is solid. I love that it's vegan! The interior compartments are divided into two large sections that hold so much. It's very cute, like a backpack or shoulder bag. I had a question about my bag and was really impressed with the exceptional customer service I received in response to my query. This company was fast, professional and cared about my satisfaction as a customer. I'm surprised there aren't more reviews for this bag as the product and service are excellent.
