I've had 6 of these and they all have the same problem: the USB-C port didn't work at all. The flash worked well; although I didn't test all of them (once it became clear that USB-C was the problem, I started testing just that). Micro USB also worked for charging. But on all six, the USB was absolutely dead and didn't work across multiple devices and multiple power supplies. Given that the whole point of the product is NOT to use multiple cables, a difficult path to take.
