Review on Waterproof Case for DSLR Cameras: DiCAPac WP-S10 Pro Series by Todd Phillips

Complete rubbish, checked with paper towels 5ft deep for 30 minutes and no water got in, I was more than careful to triple check all the seals before submerging it in water. Water. I then used my new Canon 6D and L lens for 15 minutes and it worked with no leaks. It's almost impossible to see my screen, focus and press any buttons when your camera is in it. I then returned to take more pictures and noticed water in the hull. I immediately opened my bag and pulled out my camera. Water filled the bag, seeping into my new $2,000 lens and surrounding my camera. After drying them both in rice for a few days, they both disintegrate. The camera discharges with no sign of electricity, lens focus and internal coatings are ready. After surviving the loss of the camera, I filled the bag with air and found where it was leaking. The water did NOT enter the zipper or lens mount (where the photographer can open the bag) but one of the plastic seams which the user CANNOT OPEN, so this wasn't user error but more of a manufacturing issue. It only leaked at a depth of 2 meters. DiCAPac says if you check with paper towels and don't see any leaks, they're not to blame for any problems. It makes sense if you don't seal the bag well yourself, but my leak wasn't the result of that. The bag must have been on the verge of failure from the start, and as soon as it began to move in the water it broke. I'm trying to get some kind of compensation but poor customer service is unacceptable.
