Not as useful as I was hoping. It charges the laptop, but only when the engine is running. The power input cannot be adjusted for charging vehicle or RV batteries and will cause a low battery alarm on the main circuit. My inverter plugged into the same outlet doesn't cause this, but it's certainly less efficient at converting DC to AC and back if it just has to adapt to loading slightly below absolute peak consumption when the amps not come fast enough. Even in the car it doesn't charge any of my phones even when charging slowly, although at least 2 different phones have the same fast charging schemes as Lenovo claims. Because of this, I have to have a separate phone charger on hand that needs to be changed regularly.
