The paint on the metal clasp is already peeling and is a bit long. I have a large one because I use a fitness band that size, but it's a lot longer. There are two sliders to keep the excess, but they keep moving, so they don't help much. Overall, the top looks good and is comfortable. I also find that it actually sits a little tighter on the watch itself (the connectors) than the original strap. Apparently the gap between the watch and the straps is an issue for the Charge 4, but this fits better.
