The Timekeeping Solutions Provided by COMPUMATIC Were a Disappointment

I was eager to test out COMPUMATIC's timekeeping services as a company owner. However, I was very unsatisfied with the results I got from using their goods. To begin, their timekeeping systems were antiquated and cumbersome to operate. Clocking in and out was a source of frustration and wasted time for both me and my workers. Furthermore, the time cards were of low quality and frequently became jammed in the clock, leading to both time and accuracy issues when handling payroll. I tried to get in touch with their customer service department, but they were completely apathetic and useless. Even worse, the office supplies I purchased from COMPUMATIC also turned out to be low-quality. The paper was too thin and the pencils dried up too fast. In sum, I was very dissatisfied with COMPUMATIC. After more than four decades in business, I thought they would have figured out how to provide superior quality goods and service to their customers. Neither their timekeeping services nor their workplace supplies come highly recommended.
