I like that it makes everything so simple for me as an owner, all my vendors are in one place at once! It allows us access from anywhere through our mobile devices or email (which is also super helpful).

Also love how quick we can respond back & forth if there’s any issues/questions w synlio support team which has been amazing every time!! Nothing really but just overall great customer service when needed - will be hard not have this tool next year since its such important information flow during seasonality of business etc.
