In many cases, being outdoors means we don't have access to the gadgets and other electronics we're used to. This utility pole has a 9 foot cord. This means you can sit a reasonable distance from the power source. Maybe that means you can sit in the middle of the yard, patio or balcony. It can also come in handy when installing Christmas lights outside your home or garden. The on/off switch is covered with clear plastic and "on" and "off" are clearly marked. There is also a circuit breaker on the power rack. Six covered outlets, three on each side. I was able to use all six sockets without any problems. This column is required when the number of electronics exceeds the number of sockets. It also offers a simple solution to holiday lighting problems. There are many other situations that lend themselves well to this share of power, although I've only mentioned a few of them. I definitely recommend it without hesitation.
