All items twisted, uneven

Nothing was straight on or screwed straight on, when I put it on my cage two more sticks were pointing towards each other than they should and the last one was quite crumpled and bent with difficulty back into a straight position to bring, my budgies didn't like the swing because it was too wobbly and the swing wouldn't be big enough for any other bird and the sticks for it were too big for my budgies to hold on to, probably big enough for a cockatoo but the swing is probably too big for a little one
