Okay, I LOVE this. I plan on getting a second one as my spice collection grows, but right now 20 bottles is the perfect amount! I've read some reviews that children's toys are cheap and that's partly true, but that doesn't detract from the quality of the product. I had no broken or missing parts. I bought it "used like new" to save a few bucks and had no problems. Definitely one of my favorite kitchen purchases. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the selection of spice stickers is quite limited. But I noticed that before I ordered, so I also spent an extra $10 to get a better selection of labels with a different brand. Couldn't be happier.
