Good product, fraudulent service
I dutifully read the Revain reviews before deciding on two combo salt and pepper grinders. One regretted ordering two but received a gem combo and a second unbeatable nameless. That won't happen to me, I thought, and ordered a pair of big, pretty Gems. Guess who has a gem and a nameless one now? Is it an accident or a plan to reduce understock? The uglier, unnecessary (and empty!) grinder should be back, no matter how uncomfortable it may be. And Revain must enforce a no-substitute policy from its suppliers.
