I have decided not to go to the nail salon due to Covid to save money. After 20+ years in nail salons I'm pretty sure I know the steps to build nails and apply gel polish. First of all, the package is neither bad nor great, it's just ok, there is no WOW factor. The nail polish is actually like a mini size, not a standard size bottle, secondly, the gel polish is too thick compared to Essie, Opi, DND and others. The varnish is too thick in my opinion, it comes with burrs, it's not a smooth application. The UV power is 72W and it still takes about 5 minutes to cure. I tried ESSIE Gel on my finger and it took less time to set than at the salon. So the problem is not in the UV lamp, but in the gel polish - cheap quality. The polish reminds me of when I was a little girl playing with dolls to give you an idea. Everything is good in the packaging, only the paint sucks. I threw away the gel polishes, left everything else and ordered good polishes like Essie and Opie. All in all it's ok, but I would definitely recommend a higher quality gel polish that dries faster in a UV lamp.
