I like the storage and the comfy shape and the part that allows it to stay open without falling. I love that it's more of a backpack than an uncomfortable carry when I'm on-site doing makeup for clients. We tend to find ourselves in a lot of cabins and places with gravel and stairs, making it difficult for rolling boxes to slide as easily as a smoother road. I use brush holders for eyeliner, mascara, lip pencils and eyebrow pencils because the side pockets fit my brush pockets perfectly. I feel like I make better use of the space this way. Top pockets are a good idea, but when they're stuffed inside they're practically useless. I personally will only use them for my wedding leaves and my square request for payment or cash before the end of the day. Hope that helps.
