Very useful tools for keeping track and communicating progress
The platform integrates well with other software systems, such as Jira or TeamForge to manage project workflows across multiple clients/sub-contractors in one place - Project Hub can be accessed by all our subcontracts so they have 1 view of their workload! It was easy getting set up initially but we needed to customise several aspects (e.g., login page etc).
As mentioned above this could easily been addressed if more time had allowed us before launch; however it's not something that would stop me recommending them now though because once you've got used to using an intuitive tool like P1 your productivity will increase dramatically! We're solving problems relating to managing sub contractor performance through tracking task completion & reporting performance against KPIs within each client organisation via Google Sheets reports.
- Ease setting new employees into process quickly.
- Tracking progress for complex tasks is simple enough without overburdening people who are just starting out working at scale,
- Reporting system works very efficiently when compared back manually recorded data from previous years' projects which were done long hand
- There are troubles
