Review on 🐱 Feliway Plug-In Diffuser Refill, 48 mL, 6-Pack: Effective Solution for Cat Anxiety and Stress by Alycia Sackville

I want everyone to know about feline OCD and this product. My male Rex developed OCD due to outdoor kittens marking their territory on our doorstep. Rex is very upset and now I know it's because of them, their markings and his territorialism. I figured the Comfort Zone would help my wallet so I bought 6 of these. They didn't work for him and he got so nervous again that I had to rush to ship Feliway and also pay for the fast shipping. Yesterday I called Tseva, the maker of Feliway. I've found that the Comfort Zone C Feliway is actually from a different manufacturer and while it's a C Feliway, it's not the same. Unfortunately, to get Feliway, it is only sold directly by Ceva to veterinary offices and hospitals. I called one of them in my area and it cost me more than double what it cost here at Revain. Very expensive for me. I have also found that although Feliway does not last 4 weeks as advertised here there are reasons such as air vents, ceiling fans and servicing in hot or cold weather that can destroy the seals and therefore lose fluids through evaporation. Now I know I can't get this because of the vet bills. I may have to change refills more frequently when buying here. I also can't rely on the Comfort Zone Rex to help (just a few hours) even though pet stores near me sell it. Any cat owner who has a cat with OCD should try both of the manufacturer's products and be aware that there can be a difference. I also use a product that keeps roaming cats out of the door and I also use the Comfort Zone spray for this purpose. After spraying around the front door and bushes outside last night I've noticed that Rex doesn't come to the door as often, growls/hisses and is much calmer. I hope I can continue this to give him, me and his little "sister" a lot of rest. Hope this helps someone out there.
