AMAZING Value! I STRONGLY recommend you get a strop and touch up the factory blade - SHARP out of the box but like a razor after stropping. If you keep up with te strop you'll minimize needing to retouch the blade with a stone.AMAZINGLY SHARP knife and the up=swept front bull-nose is one heck of a tool for removing fascia and thin layered fat from meet. A DREAM on fish when skinning out salmon. ALL AROUND FANTASTIC meat knife.I would not use as a Cleaver as the blade to me is too thin for that.but as a meat and Veggie knife this is the one to go with!
