Ideal for on the go. I tested it with my bathroom scale and it is correct. It is always read correctly. I like that it runs on AAA batteries and not any special rounds. The main thing is that you have fresh batteries. I think the area is big enough, I'm 11ft and yes my legs sag a bit but that's not a problem. It's also important to keep it on a hard, flat surface. I would recommend it to anyone planning a diet and travel and I would buy it again.
