Excellent Customer Support, Fantastic Service Level
The customer support is fantastic! They helped me with everything we needed to get our site up online quickly after some downtime from an earthquake in Nepal that damaged my home office/server room where they were located at time as well (and I was thousands miles away).
There are other providers out there but nothing beats their service level when it comes down to getting you back live ASAP - no questions asked.- Their pricing structure makes sense- No hidden costs or extra fees for things like bandwidth limits etc which can be very frustrating if something goes wrong later during your contract period.
Pros
- Very responsive, knowledgeable staff who really put themselves into helping us achieve goals within set timelines without any fussing around by myself nor anyone else involved..Very transparent process all through.Great value compared versus most hosting solutions available today..A great option especially considering its price point; )
Cons
- As far too many options go sometimes not enough info provided about them so one might have trouble figuring what will work best
