Simple, easy, to the point and effective. It is also very easy to use. I'm not sure if the design has changed at all, but I had absolutely no problem opening the case to slip a business card with my contact details inside. A piece of plastic rests on top of the rubber material, then insert your card, then another piece of plastic slides over it. Once everything is in, thread the fastening strap through the slot and attach it to your piece. I would give five stars if there was a better way to attach it to ensure the "Medical Equipment" label is guaranteed to be on the outside. (or if the label was on both sides and you had to open it to see the contact information).
