The customer support team at Upcity have been super helpful, answering all of our questions promptly and solving any issues we've encountered with their platform in seconds! I honestly could not think about anything bad when using this tool! Their system works great for us and has made it easy to find new business partners quickly without wasting time searching through profiles by ourselves. They also help guide you along your way if there are any problems at first - which was really appreciated as sometimes these things happen even though everything seems perfect from start-to-finish (which isn't always possible). It's so much easier than having to search around yourself or send out multiple emails/messages until someone replies, especially since everyone uses different platforms nowdays anyway.
