I received this product expecting to use it with my 4000D (the camera is literally listed in the description). When I received the product I found that it would NOT work, the 4000D I have doesn't have an area for the adapter cable as the battery cover isn't closed with the cable, a sensor telling the camera that the battery door is closed, this does not work. The camera does not turn on even though it has power. I had a choice: drill a hole in the cable duct or return the product. I have already contacted support for a refund.
