I am a size 10-12 US and the large fits fine. The top overlay would be snug to too tight if I was any larger, but the dress is lovely. You will need a full slip under as noted in other reviews, but you can wear the top separately with a tank under,etc later on. I am loving that this will be a different "roaring 20's" look than most everyone else for my event. Who needs fringe? :)
