Edited on 04/01/2021: The owner of the company contacted me and apologized for the problems with this towel. She said that there is a small number of products that do not have reinforced stitching and we must have it. Out of courtesy, they sent me a replacement and an extra towel without my asking. I have washed both spares and they look perfect, no problems with the stitching. Customer service was refreshing and perfect. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wanted the product to be great from the start, but I understand things happen and I would definitely recommend both the product and this company to anyone looking considering the possibility of buying this towel. I bought this for our son for Christmas and washed it straight away knowing he would want to use it once it was opened. The hood was torn in at least 7 or 8 different places around the horns and mouth. I washed according to the care instructions. Due to wear and tear, there is no longer a chance it could withstand a 2 year old boy. Super disappointed!
