didn't make it! suitable for engine cooling and air conditioning

i ordered for 2004 johnson j50pl4sr # what was on the engine when i got it not even close? I don't know what to do at the moment as I still need the pump set, can you help me? My pump had a much smaller impeller. Thanks!
