I have two different mATX housings that are installed in the last slot opposite the graphics card. This saves space and also allows the use of two USB 2.0 ports on the mainboard. The two USB ports I use the most are for the keyboard and mouse. I change keyboard and mouse cables frequently and I don't want my motherboards to wear out with every change or move. It's good to have this special and easily interchangeable adapter that gives me two extra USB ports for future expansion.
