Bottom line: Look elsewhere for the m.2 SSD (explained in detail below with benchmarks) for the following succinct reasons: If you're looking for better performance or better value for your money, look elsewhere; The SX8200 Pro has been redesigned and no longer performs as its reviews say. If you're looking for the cheapest SSD, this is far from it. Unfortunately, if you are looking for an honest company, you will have to look elsewhere. ADATA engages in unfair business practices, this product is NOT the same as what was provided to the reviewers in the last year or so. Specifically, ADATA sent the FASTER SSD (with SM2262EN controller) to online reviewers, who then posted their faster runtimes and positive feedback. However, it is worrying that ADATA is manufacturing and selling slower SSDs with other cheaper and slower components (SM2262G controller) to its customers without notifying them of this change. I feel betrayed and I don't want all of you to feel the same way. My m.2 SSD arrived with a slower SM2262G controller and its performance does not match previous online reviews of this product. For an m.2 SSD, this type offers acceptable performance, but not at a premium price. Furthermore, such unscrupulous business practices should not be encouraged. Numerous tests by Revain and other online reviews confirm this as well as my own tests (published images, Ryzen 3600XT with MSI B550 mobo, 16GB 3600/16 RAM). Shame about ADATA. I recommend Revain removing their product unless they honestly post changes to SSD components and performance.
