The most delicious poached eggs!

Just watch the video and follow the instructions... it's easy. The first time I used it I gave it four minutes but it made the whites a little runny. The second time I slightly increased the cooking time to 4 Β½ minutes so the whites were perfectly cooked and delicious! It helps to spray the pam into the cups so they just pop out when they're done. Remember, anything paired will be hot...ah! But it cleans like crazy. The pot is one of the heaviest I've ever used. Use the recommended amount of water and everything should work. We use it on a gas stove but it should work equally well on an electric and induction stovetop. There were several questions. One was that the knob on the lid was a little loose when I got it, but a Phillips screwdriver fixed it in a hurry (don't over-tighten because it's a glass lid, after all). Another problem is that the tray with the cups has razor-sharp edges after stamping and therefore only gets four stars. It's sharp enough to cause injury. I had to work for half an hour to knock off the sharp edges (18-8 stainless steel is actually a pretty hard material). I know they wanted to keep the sanded finish after stamping, but leaving such a sharp burr is just embarrassing considering the quality of everything else. But as far as great poached eggs go, this is a winner!
