I love this stuff. I've tried about 10 different natural deodorants and they all either don't work, need constant reapplying, actually make things worse, or work great but cause armpit rashes. This is the ONLY ONE I've tried that keeps the scent fresh and doesn't irritate the skin. I apply it once in the morning and it lasts all day of active work plus running at the end of the day. I will reapply if I go somewhere after my run, but it smells so good that one of my friends even commented after the run that I smell good! She didn't even notice that I had just worked out. I'm not a fan of sweet scents so I went for woody. The first day was a bit stressful. I smelled like a workshop that had just been wiped out with pine salt, but the smell faded the next day.
