This is just amazing! I took it to leave in the RV so we could bake donuts with the grandkids. I made a "mixture" from a recipe I found online. My granddaughter is sensitive to sugar and gluten, so I was able to make a pretty tasty dish using einkorn flour and a little sugar. I lightly grease the recesses with coconut oil, there are no problems loosening them. We dusted them with powdered sugar and they ate them as soon as they came out! I found the bag with the corner cut off to be very dirty. I only put about a spoonful in it. It doesn't matter if you cover all depression, they come out fine. I will be visiting my other grandkids who live out of state, I plan on sending them one so we can make donuts for Halloween!
