Transparent Clear Rubber Bands Sm PERFECT AND CHEAP!

They were perfect for what I wanted. When my daughter was younger I used it on her all the time. However, recently I wanted to wear a charming thing that was just a clip. I knew it would just slip out of my hair. So I used one of those little clear elastics, secured it in my hair, secured my hair clip through the elastic and it stayed in place ALL day! Ideal! No hat pins that I don't know how to use that cost a fortune!
