I've been using these cartridges for a long time with no problems. I recently received a defective cartridge. Unfortunately, it was outside the return period when I set about installing the cartridge. I contacted GREENBOX and they were exceptionally helpful. They have provided some instructions to fix the problem. When these measures did not help, they returned the money. Grace from customer service was very friendly and easy to work with. Although rare, defects do occur. So life is. The way GREENBOX support took the steps to resolve the issue was exceptional. I will definitely buy from them again because they deliver a good product and I know they have my back if one of those rare issues arises.
