It's Sunday! Very unexpected but very fortunate as the batter for my cinnamon rolls was already in the proofing phase. I'm tired of cleaning my dining table and wrapping it in plastic wrap to roll out dough. A little flour on the carpet and it curls up quite easily. I even used a pizza cutter to cut the rolls instead of sliding dental floss under a long roll to cut them. There are no cuts on the carpet. Today I made pizza dough out of it. Again, there is very little flour on the surface and it flattens and peels off easily. Stays on and doesn't slide off the surface. The only difficulty I had was that the instructions said the mat should be boiled for 1 minute before using it to sterilize for the first time. The only thing I had was almost the size of my turkey skillet. It was long enough but not wide enough. I had to shake it a little when folded. Also, because of its size, washing and drying is a bit difficult. None of the issues are product defects. It is what it is and its size is necessary for what it was designed for. The bonus was that I didn't read the description very well and it can withstand temperatures up to 425. I would buy another if needed.
