Item arrived with dead batteries. So I had to put in a new pair. The calibration process seems inaccurate. When set to zero, it suddenly switches to another reading without moving the instrument in any direction. If you leave the batteries plugged in, they'll probably be dead by the time you plan to use them every other day next time. I tried to measure the same angle. several times, and each time a different reading was obtained. The LCD display is difficult to read unless you are directly in front of it. Avoid disappointment and choose another.
