For reference, I'm 5'11" 150lbs, 37 30 42 and the Medium fit me, if a little tightly. I wore it under some jeans and a leather jacket for Vday and it was gorgeous! I did have to tighten the straps all the way, which I wasn't expecting to have to do (tall girl = tall shoulders), and the crotch got pretty tight and uncomfortable after awhile (wish it was a thong instead of a bikini cut), but for the price it's fine, especially since it's likely only going to be used for one night. Your nipples will probably show through at least a little, but hey, it's made out of lace.
