If you just want a good keyboard with a standard layout and a minimum of "unnecessary" buttons, then this is your choice. This is the best wired keyboard in its class. Don't take cheap junk, take this one and have fun! The little extra is worth it. I tried a bunch of keyboards after the 500th series, but eventually returned to Microsoft. With its pros: How pleasant it is to press these keys :) Quiet and soft enough, with good tactile sensations. The main plus is the classic layout. No extra keys, all keys are in place. Of the additional keys - only the most necessary. The calculator button for changing the decisive factor in the purchase, got used to it since the days of the Microsoft Wired Keyboard 500. Now I buy only Microsoft keyboards, really the best keyboards. Cons below: Let's call them nitpicks. 1. Keys Esc-F1-F2-Fx. I should have left the standard form, but now I'm used to it and I get only pleasure from them! 2. Not a fan of any waviness in keyboards, in this keyboard it is rather a plus! 3. Instead of the Play / Pause button, it would be better to make a sleep button, but this is IMHO.
