Features look good, but effective volume is too small. Despite attempts to increase the volume by pressing the "+" button on the device, this didn't help much. In order to get at least a modest volume in the headphones, I had to turn the phone's volume up to the maximum. For my purpose, this device turned out to be too inefficient. In addition, the guide suggests downloading the "SR11” application from the Apple or Google system (see attachment). However, there doesn't seem to be an app with that exact name!? It is not clear what the manufacturer expects from the user with the search results. One of the apps that appeared appeared to be designed to boost the phone's output volume. If the user used the app to solve a low volume problem, it would be the other way around in my book. After all, this device is not the Hubble telescope. I am returning the item.
