Review on SimpleSENCE Water Leak and Freeze Detector: Smart WiFi Sensor with Audible Alarm & Notification for Home Protection (1 Pack) by Sean Garrison

Original: They appear to be good, well thought out products, easy to set up and install. But all my devices in both my houses often lose their wifi connection making them unusable. I would not buy again. Update: I bought a WiFi booster (TP-Link Deco Mesh WiFi System (Deco M5)) that I bought from Revain and love. This took care of premature wifi disconnects. No false alarms since then. And today one of the SimpleSENCE sensors triggered and told me I had a leak under my sink that I would never have found otherwise. It was a slow leak and only happened when we used hot water there, which rarely happens. But we would never have suspected that, and otherwise it would probably have caused damage to the sink base cabinet. So I change my 2 stars and give 4 stars. I can't give 5 stars because the UI is a bit clunky and some of the steps need to be simpler and more direct. But the sensors work. And it seems like all of the competing sensors are more expensive and share the same Wi-Fi issues. So make sure you take care of Wi-Fi issues when they arise. Buy boosters. You'll be happier for many reasons, including the fact that your water leak sensors will work better.
