If I could give this ZERO stars I would! When I bought this product I was very excited and ignored some of the reviews and thought "this won't happen to me". Boy, was I terribly mistaken! I had had a collar on my dog for less than 3 weeks when I noticed the remote wouldn't charge due to a small part rattling in the remote that plugged into the charging cord! I couldn't even charge it if I wanted to. The part is singed from the inside, so it's unlikely I can fix it. Then the collar wouldn't sync with the remote so I asked them to send me a new one. Low and here. THE SAME FUCKING THING HAPPENS WITH THIS BRAND NEW SET OF COLLARS! AND ALSO! Second collar that has hardly been used (we have a better behaved dog and only need a second collar if he thinks he is his boss). It appears to be static and does not produce a clear sound when beeping. We NEVER try to use shocks and rarely use vibrations, but the damn beep?! Come on! This product is LAME and the warranty is DEFINITELY not worth the number of times you have to replace and replace and replace and replace and replace! I never write reviews but this product pissed me off so much that I felt compelled to write a review.
