Review on 🧀 Auzilar Silicone Cooking Gloves: Heat Resistant BBQ Kitchen Oven Mitts for Grilling, Baking, and Barbecue by Shane Jess

Overall the best oven mitts I have ever owned

I wanted a water/vapour proof kitchen mitt. It is very good! I tried another brand of silicone gloves that looked like traditional oven mitts, minus the fingers. However, due to the stiffness of the material, the lack of fingers, and the slipperiness of silicone, it was very difficult to grip things. But these are much better. I can pick things up pretty easily. You have decent dexterity. And the surface of these gloves is not as slippery as other silicone gloves I've tried. They offer excellent thermal insulation. They are waterproof and vapor proof. And they reach halfway down your forearm to protect you. I'm taking off a star because the fingers are too short and they look weird. But I think they made the fingers short on purpose so they're never "too long". Nothing is worse than wearing a glove with fingers that are too long. Unsupported fingertips get in the way and make work difficult. So you don't have *this* problem. But I have to keep putting my hands in the gloves because they often slip off my hands so much that they get in the way. Overall these are very good kitchen gloves. The best I've tasted.
