I like that it can be used for multiple purposes. It's easy to set up as well! You only have one platform you need to use if you're looking at this service. The customer support is also fantastic. They are always willing to help with any issues or questions. Sometimes there isn't much documentation available which makes things difficult when first getting started. This is not really an issue anymore though since they do provide helpful videos. If you want something simple but powerful then look into this product. We needed a way to create private blogs so we could share content across our organization without having to worry about someone else sharing what was posted.
