- The customer service team has been great throughout- all of my questions have always gotten addressed in real time & professionally! They are incredibly patient when answering basic technical problems (like me not being able to access certain ticket information). But at times it can be very difficult for someone who doesn't understand Ticketmaster's terminology or processes/logistics like myself trying figure out exactly how some things work from their end.- If you're looking specifically towards something other than standard ticets-- there aren’t many platforms I could see doing any better overall because Grow Tics focuses more heavily one type rather it makes everything super easy compared to another site.-- That having said though if this was your only option then i'm sure they would still satisfy since most people probably donot use anything but TM anyway so its hard comparing between those two options alone anyways!! You might just pick what works best depending upon where else u need help managing events through etc.. I really like the way the ticketing process works. It's easy to navigate and the user interface is very intuitive. The customer service is great. It's hard to find something I don't like about GrowTix. If you're looking for a great and easy to use ticketing platform, GrowTix is a great choice. I'm using GrowTix for my business. It's super easy to set up and easy to maintain.
