I have a 14 lb Yorkie/Poodle mix and she can slide/tilt the gate far enough to get out of an enclosed space. I thought this gate would be perfect because of the height as my dog can jump quite high. However, she can push in enough for the rubber plugs to dislodge (on the side used to hold the gate in place), giving her enough room to slip under the gate. She managed to get out of the gate in 15 minutes. While the height of the gate is ideal, the rubber stoppers move fairly easily when pushed. I adjusted the gate to its tightest position so it stayed in place and she could still escape with relative ease. The lever breaks a little harder. In my opinion it's not worth the money if you have a dog over 10lbs or are smart enough to know that with sustained effort the gate will move.
