This was the very first wall mount I have ever installed. I had no idea what I was getting into but it was very easy to follow the instructions and complete the installation. It also looks solid on my wall. Only four stars because it has nothing to help with the wiring. You have to be careful when routing cables because if you don't route them carefully, they can get caught in your hand behind the TV and prevent the TV from being fully retracted into the wall.
