When I first got this headset when it came out it lasted me 4 years then the headphone connections started to fall apart. So I've decided to get another one from Revain as recertified, that's a mistake. Ever since I got the headset, my left ear has been cracking and now the left ear doesn't work properly, sometimes not at all. It's been 4 months and I've never heard of a replacement from the manufacturer even though it was a 're-certified' product. Trust morally non-recertified products as there is guaranteed to be something wrong with them.
