A great all round mat for hardcore golfers. Franklin Sports Tri-Turf putting mat offers three different grass styles: shallow cut where the ball lies well, deep roughness with long blades, and medium roughness where you can push the ball through to bury it. There is ample padding under each surface to help prevent damage to your racquet during the full swing. This mat has really saved my lawn and other grass from constant wobbling and damage. What I don't like about this mat is that the padding is quite high, so the ball is always lifted slightly when wobbling. To get a flat surface I had to place it on the edge of another mat to get my feet up to the right height. In general, the quality of the carpet is excellent. It's durable and I expect it to last a long time.
