It works! No headache but affects taste
I have a histamine intolerance and have been on a low histamine diet for five years. I really missed red wine back then, but the headaches and other symptoms were NOT worth it. This wine stick makes it drinkable! No headache the next day. The only downside is that the flavor is greatly reduced. So, I mean, don't use that on your $100 bottle, but if you don't mind the loss of flavor, you can enjoy a symptom-free glass.
