The best part about Omtex is the customer support. I have never encountered a company that takes the time to help you out. It is always a pleasure working with the Omtex team. They are always quick to respond and knowledgeable. I wish I could have more options for the types of manuals I can create. The process of creating manuals is very tedious, and it is hard to find manuals that are already certified. It would be helpful to have more options for certifications as well. I am solving a problem of having to create manuals for our product. It is much easier to create manuals with Omtex, versus creating them on our own. It also saves us time and money.
