We use it at work because we have online classes that people need access to when they're not in class. It's easy enough to navigate with my phone or computer, but I can't figure out how to get a printout of what someone had written so far if I don't look up their progress myself. Sometimes there will be an error message about something, which isn't helpful since I don't know why it happened or who wrote it. Not much! You just have to learn everything yourself. There aren't any other tools like this around if you want classes where your employees can take them from home without having to go into a classroom building all day long.
